This plot is located in a residential area with rural character and subsequently zoned as agricultural.

The rural character of this land is typified by the wide panoramic views and the Brakeleike stream to the right of this plot.
Across the street is the old Campina site, which is currently undergoing sustainable and green redevelopment. A new green buffer will surround the site, there will be a green zone with a picnic area and a forest of about 6,000 m² will be planted. 
Following a soil investigation carried out on 28 August 2015, neither the solid part of the soil nor the groundwater were found to exceed the guideline values.
