Are you looking for a stylish and comfortable student room in the heart of Hasselt? In a completely newly renovated mansion at Groenplein 5, we rent out 15 modern high-quality student rooms, each with its own sanitary facilities.

What do we offer?

- Private sanitary facilities: each room has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin

- Spacious communal kitchen: there is a fully equipped communal kitchen where you can cook and enjoy meals together with fellow students. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the large terrace

- Underfloor heating and active cooling: for optimal comfort, each room gets underfloor heating to heat in winter and active cooling in summer, giving you a pleasant temperature all year round.

- Fully furnished: each room is equipped with a wardrobe, curtains, box spring (excluding mattress), desk with desk chair and a breakfast corner with its own fridge
