Redevelopment on the former site of paper mill operator Catala in Drogenbos/Sint-Pietersleeuw into Catala Business Park. The 18-hectare site will be redeveloped in phases into a new, future-proof business campus with a mix of sustainable industrial buildings, offices, customized projects, complemented by support services. In the first phase, two new collective business buildings will be realized, which together will provide space for 38 SME units with a surface area of 150 m² to 395 m².
