In 2008, BULK architects renovated this loft with every comfort. Sustainable materials run through it like a thread (slate, steel, glass, pine).
The former warehouse was divided over three levels into a home with exhibition space, a beautiful blend of diverse functions - living, working, creating and exhibiting. Purely private, combi with studio, exhibition space, office or a mix? Anything goes.

From the steel split level, with open views, you are connected to the large living space (glvl) with two connected volumes: one original sanitary unit by Charlotte Perriand (1975) with bathroom and kitchenette for ski station Arcs 1800, Les Arcs, and the pine sleeping unit by BULK, again with authentic elements by Perriand. The units are loose in the room and can be removed ev.

Luxury living basement with epoxy and brick floor, original vaulted ceilings and sublime, semi-professional living kitchen with, among other things, Everhot cooker, teppanyaki plate, gas burners, induction, warming drawers and lamps, hot air oven and boiling water tap. The spacious dining and sitting area with storage/atelier and bar furniture by Perriand are also a treat for the eyes.
