The space
The apartment is located on the third floor of an eclectic house, built for a horse smit in 1906. It has a quiet bedroom at the back with an en suite bathroom and there’s a spacious and light living room with beautiful large windows at the front.

The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, dishwasher and combi oven with microwave function.

It might be hard to leave this quiet place in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in town, but do get out! There are many great things to see and do in the direct surroundings! It’s perfect for a couple or a person alone, looking for a hideaway in a very inspirational part of town.

Other things to note:
- The apartment is furnished and has a washing machine. If you prefer to rent it unfurnished, this is open for discussion if you rent for a longer period of time.
- There’s a private indoor bicycle parking, that is only used by the inhabitants of the 6 apartments that are located in the building and the connected back house.
- The apartment is available from end August 2025.
