Bouwtrant aanleunend bij de toen regionaal gangbare tuinwijkarchitectuur, die meer overhelt naar de lokale bouwtraditie en naar de radicalere modernistische esthetiek (zie onder meer Kalfvaartwijk). "Pittoresk" uitgewerkte gevelwand: opeenvolging van gekoppelde bakstenen puntgevels met breed halfrond benedenvenster, gevat tussen deurportaaltjes met bakstenen bevloering in visgraatverband. Nummer 4 aangepast venster.
