Behind the facades of a former coach house on the Sint-Jacobsplein in Leuven, new construction project HUB 02 will soon be showing off.

The building offers a mix of student rooms and a studio. With its location within walking distance of Gasthuisberg (KU Leuven campuses and UCLL) and within cycling distance of Imec and Sportcampus Arenberg, this residence is a very attractive location for many students.

All student units are painted and furnished. In addition, they each have their own sanitary facilities (shower, toilet, washbasin). At HUB 02, we ensure a high-quality, durable finish. Each student unit is contemporary and optimally furnished.
