Beautiful apartment with nice TERRACE

The Eilandje residence was slanted towards the Norwegian sailor's church and thus gives space to the church tower and the town square behind it. Between the two building volumes, the 'green' central section was lowered and opened up. The building forms a landmark at the entrance of the tunnel connection at the transition between the inner city, Eilandje and Wijk 2060 districts.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor. You enter through a hallway with a cloakroom, separate toilet, and a storage room equipped with all necessary connections for a washing machine and dryer. The spacious living area with an open kitchen follows, and next to it, a pleasant terrace. The bedroom features an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a washbasin cabinet.

The provision for common charges is €100/month. Utilities (water, heating, and electricity) are to be paid separately. A communal bicycle storage area is also available.
